There are also growing concerns around the sophistication of phishing scams and dodgy emails that pop with increasing regularity.
My aim is to help those who are not tech savvy to navigate this world and hopefully to learn to embrace it and integrate some of the more useful services into their lives.
I have over 15 years experience in IT/Technology with a large part of that being communicating technical issues to non technical staff. I understand that people can be afraid to admit that they do not know much about these things.
I will provide a safe space to ask any questions you have and to talk about your concerns and goals for learning about this new and exciting world.
