The hardest part about improving your physical and mental health is knowing where to start. 

Most of us end up drifting from one fad to the next believing every time that this one is going to fix everything that was ever broken. It hardly ever results in sustainable change and we get deflated and disheartened until the next big thing comes along and we try again, an endless loop of heartache and a growing sense of failure.

I will help you to reset and look deeply at what your life pillars are. The things in your life that when you look back at you will wish you did more of and were the things you truly loved and were passionate about. 

We then focus on the blockers and the causes of procrastination in order to redress the balance of time and effort you spend on your life pillars versus other activities.

Whatever your life pillars are we will work toward to adding more of it into your life and helping shape the direction you want to take them.
